FAQ
- Why not a generic LLM?
- A generic LLM is a chatbot: it answers from whatever it finds, with no record and no source, and re-reads your documents at every question. Syntropics reads them once, stores every figure linked to its page, keeps it current and flags it when uncertain.
- Does it replace our existing tools?
- No. Syntropics connects to the drive, mailbox and tools you already use, with nothing to migrate. Over time, you can run more of your processes in it, at your own pace.
- What if a figure is wrong?
- Every figure shows whether a person has validated it, and anything uncertain is flagged for review rather than passed on. One click opens the page it came from, so checking takes seconds, not a search through the drive.
- Who owns the data?
- You do. It never trains any model, it is never shared with another client, and you can export everything, with its sources and history, at any time. Leaving costs nothing but the export.
- How is it priced?
- A yearly fee per asset covers the platform, storage and access to your data; beyond that you pay for documents added and AI tokens used.
- Is it secure?
- Hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. Audit logs on every change. SSO, SCIM and dedicated tenancy on enterprise plans. Syntropics is a French company based in Paris, under French law and GDPR.
