Cross-asset analysis

Which leases have a break option in the next two years, across the whole portfolio? The same clause is read in every lease, the dates are compared, and the answer comes back as a list: three assets, three dates, each with the passage it was read from.

Service charge reconciliation

Every invoice is pulled on arrival and checked line by line against the property manager’s statement and the contract behind it. A supplier says €4,950, the statement says €4,380: the mismatch is flagged and the line opens on both documents, ready to send back. In this case study, the reconciliation went from two days to under ten minutes per asset.
